What is coaching?

  • Coaching is present and future focused.
  • Coaching creates awareness around what is blocking present and future happiness and success.
  • Goals are chosen goals by the client.
  • Coaching is conducted within the context of a specific written or verbal contract with the client. This contract will be agreed by both parties before the coaching begins.
  • Coaching sessions generally last 1 hour at a time.
  • Coaching can be a stand-alone intervention or a series of interventions integrated in to a development programme.
  • Coaching sessions can be delivered online or in person.
  • All clients are protected by absolute confidentiality.
